My passion for real estate encompasses all aspects of the industry. As the Managing Partner, I take great pride in mentoring and guiding real estate agents towards successful careers. As a Real Estate Agent, I find immense joy in helping individuals and families find their perfect home. I also specialize in assisting investors in expanding their property portfolios and supporting new investors as they embark on their journey. No matter your real estate needs—whether you're a first-time homebuyer, looking to upsize or downsize, seeking investment opportunities, or planning to sell—I am here to leverage my experience for your benefit.

PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

I am actively involved in the Southern Adirondack MLS Board, currently serving as President. My past roles include President Elect in 2018 and many years as a Director on the Southern Adirondack Board of Realtors and the MLS Board of Realtors. I have also held the position of Treasurer on the Southern Adirondack Board of Realtors. My commitment to the industry extends to long-term participation in the RPAC Committee, where I have served as Chair and Co-Chair. Additionally, I was selected to serve on the Committee responsible for choosing the Board of Directors for the Warren County Multiple Listing Service Board, and I have dedicated many years to the Scholarship Committee for the Southern Adirondack Board of Realtors.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business. My real estate career began with the completion of the Brokers Course in my first year. Shortly after, I founded my own company, Foglietta Realty. Four and a half years later, I merged Foglietta Realty with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. Currently, I am a Broker, Owner, and Branch Manager at the Glens Falls location. I am honored to have joined such a prestigious company and to work alongside exceptionally talented agents.
